Telecom Experts Offshore is looking for a Translator/Human Resource Officer.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Translate IT related documents to English or French (Spanish is a Plus)
- Write, produce and maintain manuals
- Proofreading and editing final translated versions
- Check translations of technical terms and terminology to ensure that they are accurate and remain consistent throughout translation revisions.
- Assist with the day-to-day HR operations
- Update employees data in the HRMS system
- Update job descriptions and Job profiles
- Review and sort applications and CV’s in regards to Profession and experience
- Participate in recruitment campaigns and job fairs
- Office management
Profile:
- Entry level experience in similar job, (1 – 2) years
- University degree: Bachelor in translation or relevant discipline
- Fluent in English & French, Spanish is a plus
- Experience in Human resources management
- Computer skills – Words, Excel & Power Point
- Highly organized and details oriented
- Confidential and discrete
- Multi-tasked and demonstrate good work habits |
